Union Savings Bank
Union Savings Bank is a Union owned financial institution and currently services the majority of the locals and their associated pension, health and welfare, dues and other funds in New Mexico. USB is open to the public; however, it focuses on being Union orientated.
Union Savings Bank relocated out to the Renaissance in February 1994. USB is a 6,000 square foot building located on tract 5-B-1 in North Renaissance. This land was previously owned by the local union pension funds, which consisted of the NM District Council of Carpenters Pension Fund, the New Mexico Pipe Trades Pension Fund and the New Mexico Electricians Retirement Benefit Fund. The Bank was built on .9161 acres. BUILD New Mexico negotiated this deal, which included Jack Westman of Westman Investments as a third party consultant. He assisted in selecting the general contractor.
The General Contractor was Jaynes Structures and the Architect on this project was Claudio Vigil.
