BUILD New Mexico is
a not for profit economic development company that
facilitates, promotes, and creates jobs for the
union construction industry. BUILD New Mexico is
a cooperation of both labor and management working
together. BUILD New Mexico is funded by both labor
and management contributions. BUILD New Mexico
works with Pension Funds, Financial institutions
and Public entities to facilitate projects.
BUILD New Mexico’s sister company is the
Union Development Corporation. A for Profit
corporation that as the administrator manages
the pension funds that have been invested in
land acquisitions, mortgages, profit participations
or any other structured investment. Investment
made by the pension funds is underwritten by
a QPAM, American Realty Advisors (www.americanreal.com).
BUILD New Mexico and the Union Development
Corporation are unique in the following way. When
we work on projects we are able to bring to the
table many full service items such as financing,
labor, contractors, architects, engineers, brokers,
and years of knowledge in real estate investments,
banking land development and the construction
industry.
